Opening Hours – Our serviced facilities are fully supported from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs, providing on-site assistance during these hours. Tenants enjoy the convenience of 24-hour access to their workspace.
Security - Our premises offer secure, lockable suites to safeguard your workspace. CCTV is in operation 24/7
Office Furniture – Each workspace comes furnished with a desk, pedestal and chair.
Premium internet access - Enjoy secure hard-wired (Ethernet) connections alongside high-performance WiFi. Our service delivers secure uncontended, symmetric, and highly resilient internet connectivity—available 24/7 for uninterrupted productivity.
Rates - All Treasury and Council rates are included.
Utilities - Electricity and heating costs are included within your licence agreement.
Printing /scanning – access to secure printing and scanning services.
Cleaning - cleaning is provided as part of your licence agreement.
Confidential Waste - Confidential document disposal is made easy with secure shredding bins available on-site.
Telephone - A dedicated landline and handset are available at an additional cost.
Dilapidations - no dilapidations will be charged except for those arising from alterations or damage caused by the licensee.
Flexibility of Lease - Our lease agreements are designed with flexibility in mind, allowing you to relocate within our network or adjust your space as your business evolves—without the constraints of traditional long-term commitments.
Meeting Rooms - fully equipped meeting rooms offering high-speed connectivity, AV capabilities, and flexible booking options to suit your schedule.
